From the rooftop pool, guests look out over Simpson Bay lagoon and the hills. Sun loungers stand along the pool.

Bedroom, kitchen and living space in A115

The separate bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has a closet with hangers, while blind curtains keep the early sun out. In the living area you have a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a table where you can eat.

There is no balcony, and light comes through the living room windows turned towards the lagoon. The shower room is supplied with a hair dryer and bathroom essentials.

The kitchen lets you cook full meals, with a hob and hood, an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and a microwave. For coffee there is an espresso machine, and a kettle, a blender and a toaster complete the equipment, along with dishes, utensils, cutlery and glasses for champagne and wine.

The condo is air-conditioned and has high-speed Wi-Fi. For laundry you can use the combined washer-dryer and an iron with an ironing board, a cleaning product kit is left in the condo, and bed linen is supplied together with bath and beach towels.

If you travel with a baby, ask for the high chair and the cot. An electronic lock secures the door, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are fitted.

Simpson Bay and the rest of Sint Maarten

Simpson Bay is a lively part of the Dutch side, and you will find restaurants, bars and shops near the residence, as well as marinas. Maho beach and Simpson Bay beach are a few minutes’ drive, and so is Princess Juliana International Airport.

To go further, the simplest option is to rent a car. You can then spend a day in Philipsburg on the boardwalk or drive across to the French side for Marigot and the beaches there.

How rental stays in A115 work

Check-in begins at 4 pm, and you leave by 11 am on your last day. The condo sleeps up to two guests, which suits a couple well.

On longer stays, you can book intermediate housekeeping, and more towels can be provided if you ask. The full kitchen and the washer-dryer let you run the stay much as you would at home.
