The king-size bedroom and garden terrace of A101

A101 has its bedroom set apart from the living room. The bed is king-size, hangers are waiting in the closet, and curtains darken the room in the morning.

The living room holds a dining table, a flat-screen TV and a sofa that becomes a bed, so a third guest can sleep there. One bathroom with a shower serves the apartment, and the toilet is in a separate room.

The furnished garden terrace lies just outside the living room. Since A101 is on the ground floor, you walk out at the same level, with no stairs.

In the kitchen, the dishwasher and refrigerator stand ready next to the oven, the microwave and a hob with its extractor hood. There is an espresso machine for the mornings, and you also get a toaster, a kettle and a blender.

Cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery are provided. The cupboards also hold glasses for wine and champagne.

Air conditioning cools the rooms and the Wi-Fi is high-speed. A washer-dryer lets you do laundry, and there is an iron with an ironing board.

Bed linen and towels for the bathroom and the beach are supplied, along with a hair dryer and bathroom essentials. A high chair and a cot for an infant can be requested. You open the door with an electronic lock, and the condo is fitted with detectors for both smoke and carbon monoxide.

Getting around Simpson Bay and the island

Restaurants and bars are a short distance from the residence, as are supermarkets and the Simpson Bay marinas. In a few minutes by car you can be at Maho beach, at Simpson Bay beach or at Princess Juliana International Airport.

A rental car gives you the freedom to go further. Philipsburg has its boardwalk, and on the other side of the island Marigot and the beaches of the French side are within reach.

You can check in from 4 pm, and departure is at 11 am at the latest. A101 hosts no more than three guests, so it fits couples, friends or a small family.

Intermediate housekeeping and extra towels can be booked while you are there. Between the kitchen and the washer-dryer, the condo works well for long holidays and short ones alike.
